“I ordered a black puffer and pair of black boots. They arrived beautifully packaged and loved the items. Unfortunately, the boots didn't work out for me. I knew I had to return but I had a family emergency occur and I forgot about the return and had past the time frame. I reached out to the owner, Jodi, about what had happened and if she would still accept a return. She graciously did because of my circumstances. She was so professional, caring, and kind in her email. To be honest, it was so refreshing because usually online shops don't treat customers in this way.
