“I was visiting Wayzata for the day and ran into a terrible misfortune upon my arrival. My beautiful pants were ruined by a hideous stain and I needed to change quick! Chico’s was the first store I found and I am so GLAD I stopped there first. Alison & Debbie searched the store tirelessly helping me find bottoms to match my top. I will say, I am very picky! I loveeeee fashion, so it was not a quick find. Finally, they came across a beautiful skirt! And what made the find even better is the fact that I have been anticipating on buying a skirt of that style anyways for this summer season! To top it off, THE SKIRT ENDED UP ONLY BEING $14 AT CHECKOUT 😱 honestly, I was willing to pay the cost of this misfortune just to make sure I can enjoy my day. And honestly, I don’t think this was a misfortune. I believe this was supposed to happen and I’m so happy that I ran across two LOVELY individuals like Debbie and Alison. They also celebrated with me once learning about the sale, finding the right skirt and just being so welcoming when I came in. You will have a returning guest Chico’s! Constantly getting great emails about the sales you guys have and I’m ecstatic to get back out there specifically to Wayzata & run into Alison & Debbie ♥”

“I had the best shopping experience of my life here! I came in with 2 little kids - a very risky move - but I was desperate for a new bag and some clothes that could work for maternity. Immediately the two employees, one named Lily and the other I’m unsure the name but equally wonderful, helped me immediately by pulling bags for me and then brought out a basket of toys to entertain my little ones while I picked out a few items. I’m usually faced with judgement bringing 2 busy kids into a nice store, but this was exceptional! And let a busy mom get a new bag and outfit. Thank you!”
