This business has a shocking lack of humanity. You threatened to call the police on a dehydrated child for needing water, and your only option now is scalding hot water a useless change that shows you care more about money than people. The staff, especially Julie, were utterly heartless. To the two girls who glared at me while I was exhausted and drenched in sweat: your cruelty was the final touch on a truly shameful experience, Thank you….

Try something different make pizza by the slices for walk customers at 11:30am for people that are on lunch break or hire more people to help very disappointed for my lunch for today!

Update: ordered a pizza and it's taken over an hr to arrive since being ordered 35 min of that has been. The driver waiting for it at the store. Not sure what going on lately. This used to be such a great store and a go to for pizza. Sad day.
Just got the worst caseys pizza ever. Thinner than a thin crust and it was supposed to be hand tossed. Its from either a lazy or untrained worker. Shame because usually it's great. Hiw this pizza even was allowed to be sent is beyond me.

Don’t order pizza from here. The pizza we got wasn’t cooked all the way cheese wasn’t even melted . We tried to call back and the lady who answered didn’t even care and gave us attitude.

Working in MN for several months of the year. Discovered Casey’s pizza but have only purchased by the slice. It was always excellent. I downloaded the app and ordered a large pep from the Casey’s in Waite Park. I’m not sure what they did but quality control is not practiced at this location. Disappointment.

9/29/24 @10:45am… Went into Casey’s in Waite Park just now and there was nothing made from the kitchen cooked/baked. Two staff standing around doing nothing but talking to each other about music.

The pizza was not the best and not made the way it was made before now it’s lot more fluffy bread with very little cheese and wings were dry like thrown in a air fryer ?♂️ waste of money ima just keep ordering from true’s pizza lot better pizza

Went in on three different occasions this week to get there breakfast burritos and all three time all that was in the Warners were a couple of sandwiches and one nasty piece of pizza. Was going to ask for one to be made today but chose not to since the kitchen lead was totally and loudly berating and employee for being late basically in front of other guests. Sorry Casey's love you pizza but I'm done with you , I've had similar visits in other locations.

This place has fallen on its fast in a very fast manner. The pizza is far less quality. The single slices are always old and dry, I mean really old. I miss when the pizza was made amazing, was fresh and the workers were friendly. The morning crew is the only good thing left. I hope they fix this

We ordered 5 pizzas today, which arrived perfectly. The pizza chef labeled the boxes with fun names for the pizzas. Something so small makes a big impact. Thank you!

Lonnie is so great, last week when he was there and not working, I stopped in to grab ice and they didn’t have any in store and the cashier told me that it was outside and around the corner. Lonnie stepped up and went and got the ice and brought it to my car. He is always so friendly when I come in and goes above and beyond for the customers every time I’m there.

As for the pizza I rate the cheese a 1.1/5, pepperoni .2/5, sausage.8/5. Over all overhyped by people who don't know what pizza is and from the farmlands of the dakotahs.
