“Only one complaint: The customers that drive in on the outside lane against the arrow. Sam's Club should install those retractable tire spikes, like they have on the exit of parking garages. Either that or, people caught doing it should receive life in prison! Otherwise, great prices on gas! Worth the wait if there is a line. Save 10¢ - 25¢ a gallon!”

“Good prices. Since COVID, it's been very good being clean and well stocked. Having the pay a membership to shop at a store seems foolish (hence 4 stars).
Update 7.2.23: Items that were common are are often not available. Very hit and miss. Update 10.8.23: Items are still hit and miss. Update 3.30.24: Item selection has improved to what it once was, however some common items are still absent. Update 10.13.24: Prices are better than most places however still expensive to the point we are not purchasing some items.”

“I did an online pick up order on Monday, July 24th at Coborns St Joe. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a while. Mark was my shopper and he called to ask about a few substitutions instead of just not filling the order! This was so appreciated, because I didn't have time this weekend to do the shopping myself. I have done pick up in the past, and show up to get the groceries and am missing multiple items- so I need to stop somewhere else on my way home to get those. This can be very frustrating, but when your shopper cares enough to call and ask about substitutes or to leave it out- it is so appreciated!! Huge shout out to Mark for being awesome at his job- your customers appreciate it!!”
“I have saved so much money on my dog’s prescriptions by getting them here. I wish I would have known I could get them there sooner, so I had to share. Staff is always efficient and helpful while doing it with a smile.”
“Very helpful and polite. I get my progesterone hormone here. They talked about the hormone, how to use it, etc. This is a natural store so instead of using animal hormones, the use plant based hormones which which have worked far better for me. Not saying will work better for everyone, but it certainly does for me.”

“We appreciate the money back at CostCo!!!The checks are a bit difficult for us , as we tend to forget about it by the time we reach the register. Living two hours away makes it difficult because our opportunities are few and far between. We were not in the know that we could use the check towards renewing our membership and had just done that. So, we were so elated when the " head cashier " offered to return an item and use our check to pay for said item. Phew !! Now we have no worries !! Thank you COSTCO !!Suggestion: think about having the money on an app, like TJMaxx. If you have this already, let the customer know when renewing membership THANK YOU COSTCO”

“Awesome customer service at the pharmacy counter. I also did purchase some fruit. The customer service at the front register was very amazing and the lady that rang me up was very nice. I also stopped by the Starbucks inside, and the three amazing young women that work there were very patient very friendly, very kind. I was able to get my dragon fruit mango refresher drink with all food inclusions made with lemonade just how I liked. It was amazing. It was the best day out in a long time, even though I was just at the store. thank you for being kind.”

“The pharmacist is always so nice and helpful in explaining everything to me, and answer any questions I have. I love getting a text message when my prescription is ready. Sometimes the prescriptions are cheaper with the premium club discount rather than insurance-something to keep in mind/ask about.”

“New to the area after a move and this was the first time I used this pharmacy. My doctor had my prescription sent to the pinecone location in the morning and I assumed (I shouldn't have and that's my bad) it would be ready later that day.When I went to pick it up they informed me it would be a few days. I guess it gets sent to the central location on occasion to get filled then sent to the pinecone location for distribution. However then also asked if I had some time as they could just get it done for me now if I wanted.They were visibly busy with things in pharmacy and the drive thru so I was honestly shocked at the offer and very appreciative. They could have just apologized and told me the date the prescription would be ready and have it be that. All of the people working that day were kind and very hard working. I felt it only appropriate since they worked extra hard to get my prescription filled I would take time to thank them again in a comment.”

“They carry kvk which all other pharmacies it seems do not. Kvk is not a corrupt or bad brand. It is made in the United States with strict adherence to every regulatory law, statute , and under the focused procedures of trained professionals. There are companies with issues, kvk is not one of them.”

And the store employees are always so friendly and helpful!! Rebecca in cosmetics is a very truthful and helpful when asking about a product and she always says Hello every time she sees me!! Great store!!!!!”
