“To whomever it may concern (Sophia), Upon entering this story I was greeted very warmly by Lauren. She assisted me greatly, going above and beyond what is normally required in the retail profession. Despite difficulties her actions brought great renown and respect to this store. Due to her actions and the actions Vinny and Kaitlyn, I can say that I had the BEST customer service experience at this store today. She knew EXACTLY where my 20th century Orthodox Post Modern theology was. These individuals absolutely need a raise. It is IMPERATIVE they receive a raise. Will be returning to spend more money at this store soon.”
