He found me one, got it washed and ensured I knew it was ready to go. He was very friendly and thorough when we picked it up. The location is convenient for west metro. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She even switched me from a minivan to a Nissan Rogue, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference for me! The best part? She remembered me when I returned a week later! That level of customer service is rare these days. The rest of the team was wonderful too, striking up conversations and making me feel genuinely welcome. I also witnessed another staff member who was helping a customer who was frustrated and he was calm, kind and considerate with her.
The staff at this location is the key. They should be training other locations.”
