Just today, I dropped off my son’s car to figure out why his new battery wasn’t holding a charge. The brushes, their brushes and their equipment are softer. They don't run them as hard and it gets your car cleaner. So if you're looking for a drive-thru car wash, go to go to Tommy's Express...”

“Happiest employees we have come across anywhere. They go out of their way to greet customers and help them. I was going to get a car wash because I had a coupon and was told about a deal they had for purchasing up to two months. It was a great deal, so I went with that even though I'm not always near a crew car wash. The wash is so efficient. It's speedy and accurate. We haven't had a car shine this much since we did it ourselves. When it came to canceling so that we wouldn't have an increased rate after two months, all I did was ask a staff who was delighted to help. She canceled it and she gave me a receipt. Very professional. Edit: disappointed in how hard it is for the car wash window sticker to be removed. It's in an awkward position at the very bottom corner of the glass & it is super sticky. I could've washed my car by hand twice in the time it took me to get that sticker off & there's still goo residue. I don't think I'll be buying another membership. Still there for individual car washes. It would be better if they had a sticker on the back of the rearview mirror or if they placed at the top of the window for easier removal reach. The adhesive also does not need to be as strong as it currently is.”

“Overall good experience - I have a sprinter van that needs 10' clearance, so car washes are hard to find. Place was clean and operated fine.
If it were my car wash I'd change the following:
*Add clearance height above the doors (or somewhere else that's obvious) so customers know - I had to creep forward while hanging out of the van to see if it would clear. I had to do the same as I got in the actual wash bay, as I thought the supply line above was going to hit - there was just enough clearance, at least in the one bay I used.
*Add clearance height to Google Business profile for customers.
*Extend the supply line that runs horizontal above the car - it's not long enough to get around a big van. Do the same for the soap brush.
*Put foam around the brush hose to reduce impact when the hose bangs into the side of the car when scrubbing.”

After weeks of it taped in the back window, on a whim I stopped at this BP and talked with Todd (owner/manager?). He said, "do you want me to just take care of it now?". Sure!! 4 minutes and 6 dollars later, my plate is on and perfect!! He just went right next to the old holes, and drilled new ones.”

Used the soft touch wash and had no issues. I didn't see the range of foamy chemicals and colors I'm used to seeing with most similar car washes, but the car looks clean and shiny so I'll assume it did all the steps I paid for.”
