Today i went to the store and Hunter helped me patiently and provided all info to Verizon and waiting for them to give the correct promo credit. No matter what store did every thing to help me to correct the promo credit amount . I highly appreciate hunter efforts in helping me resolve my billing/promo credit issue”

“This is a shout out to Kevin! My laptop I use for everything (gaming) had completely bricked on me on a Sunday night. I showed up around 15-30 minutes until the store's closing time, and all of the other employees I had spoken to were assisting customers or tied up with a task at the time. No big deal, I showed up late and eventually found Kevin. Always used a laptop at home, but I had always wanted to switch to a desktop. While I know my way around a computer, the hardware is where I lack knowledge, so it was nice to have his input/opinion on this. Kevin took the time to break down multiple products while respecting my budget and being very informative. Great sales skills with the knowledge to back it up. Good dude. 5 stars.”

The Roast Beef Sandwich and the Rotisserie Chicken Ceasar Salad were added to the menu. the Berries Smoothie was changed to Mango Smoothie. My usual order is Chicken Bake, Mocha/Latte, and Ice Cream Sundae. Hopefully, the Berries Smoothie will be back soon.”

“This post is to acknowledge the Starbucks employees. They were short staffed, only one person taking orders and making drinks…. There were a ton of orders waiting… I watched the other employee who was taking a break get up and I overheard them say they can’t just sit and watch this… (been there done that) no need to get anyone in trouble for not completing their break but really to show how awesome that was. That employee could have continued to take their break but instead got up to help. Kudos to them and target needs to acknowledge that”

“We had a large item (set) that we assembled. After assembling we decided we didn’t like it, I called Target Crystal, and Zachary was very helpful, kind and humors about it. We went and made the return (didn’t catch the cashier who helped us name) but he was extremely nice about it also. I was nervous returning it since it was an opened boxed item with multiple pieces, but both people I came into contact with made me feel at ease!!”

I walked into the Minnetonka store fully intending to terminate the account due to how unhappy we were with our current costs based on the services offered. After spending about an hour talking through our concerns, Kyle quickly understood our needs and completely reworked our plan.
He consolidated multiple phones, lines, international plans, watches, and tablets into a package that actually made sense for our business and delivered real value—without sacrificing service.
Kyle is easy to talk to, clearly knows the ins and outs of Verizon’s plans, promotions, and bundling options, and, most importantly, knows how to apply that knowledge to solve real problems.

“The sign for the Lays chips for $5,89 each said buy 1 get 1 free for target circle members but even after I typed in my phone number the total price for both came as $11.50.But the kind Cashier Sue in answer to my request called a Manager and the kind Manager who was also a very kind lady adjusted the price and I got the second lays chips of mine for half price.I sincerely thank them with all my heart for their time,patience and understanding…..”
“Lamar's the man. Stuck it out with me for 2 hours while we went through the process of switching carriers to Cricket. I had a lot of questions comparing possible phones to get and he helped me answer every single one of them. If the answer wasn't easily available with in store info, he did online research for me to find it. And not once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. His patience was top tier. To top it off, he stayed past close with me to finish the transaction. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. Give my man a raise ?”
