“My review is for the Lab at this Wayzata Clinic. I was greeted very nicely by Savannah and Alison and they were so kind and nice to me. I had a frustrating morning trying to deal with a Mayo Clinic Lab draw kit sent to me and the communication was not exactly clear as it always seems to be when dealing with the Mayo Clinic system. Savannah knew exactly what to do and took care of everything for me. It was such a relief as the instructions/shipping instructions were complicated and she was a pro navigating through the Mayo way. Savannah was so kind, compassionate and very professional with me. I really appreciated the way she handled this situation as I knew it took a lot of time to accomplish and they were a bit busy. The Park Nicollet Health system is a great place to be and I appreciate them very much.”
