“I first walked into the IDC during the height of the pandemic and said I needed to furnish a newly purchased townhome, that I knew what I wanted but that I intensely dislike shopping. During the following months Dawn and Denise could not have been more helpful. They not only heard what I was saying, they listened. My time was never wasted and I was never pressured but was shown items in keeping with what I had said I needed and wanted. I do not live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area so considerable communication took place by phone and email with Dawn always keeping Denise current as related to items under consideration and decisions made while Denise did the same with Dawn. Not once was there even the slightest miscommunication. When we learned due to the pandemic the factory in Finland had stopped making dining tables and chairs Denise contacted someone at the factory to ask if they could please make the one table and 4 chairs I wanted from stock on hand AND THEY DID!!! I was grateful beyond words to think she had done this and that those at the factory had agreed. Three times Kevin and Rick delivered items to my home and each time I was impressed by their work habits. Kevin is extremely skilled/talented and a strong leader and I appreciated how he appropriately mentored Rick relating to why things were being done as they were. Every piece was placed exactly where I wanted and I know had I not been happy they'd have moved them. Whether ordered from Finland or Norway or bought off the floor, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the many pieces from the IDC and as important, could not be happier with the experience I had working with Dawn, Denise, Kevin and Rick. They were exceptional.”
“I love a store with unique offerings and Patina really does have something for everyone. From cute kitchen goods to craft items to plushies, if you're looking for a gift this is a great place to shop.
They sell quality goods so I wouldn't call this place inexpensive, but not everything is expensive either.
I always find something unique, especially around the holidays.”

“Honestly, I had been investigating a certain kind of couch I wanted. One with a chaise lounge and storage. When I saw this store I went in on the fly. I wasn’t expecting to purchase or find anything in addition to what I already had seen. Well, turned out, they have a huge selection of this type of couch, in many different options and colors. I bought it on site. That and two end tables and a coffee table. I would have bought floor lamps but didn’t see much variety. The sales person was so great and patient with me. I wish I remembered his name…. Anyway, my stuff is being delivered in a few days and I got exactly what I was looking for and even more options. And I want to add that my new bank card I had wouldn’t allow the purchase for limit reasons. The sales person was so patient while I called the bank etc. I ended up using their zero percent financing instead just to make it happen. Awesome experience. Great store!”
“This place has everything and amazing help. I bought 3 yards of fabric a few weeks ago. After an hour of looking around I finally asked for help. They pointed me to the isle I would find that type of fabric and low and behold, I was able.to buy more to finish my project!
Just keep in mind, all sales are final but most things are half priced from the sticker price listed. Wortha visit!”

“The cutest little Christian store in the area! There's so much to chose from. From items with quotes, to clothing items, children's toys, Christmas items, kitchen items, jewelry, books, journals, and so much more! We went here looking for a few gifts for someone we know that just lost her mom and we found the perfect candle and devotional book. The employees are very friendly and there if you have any questions. The price range varies depending on the item. You can find things that are reasonable priced to more expensive pieces. I loved the cozy atmosphere. This is a store you could walk around over and over again and find things you didn't see before!”

We even moved a simple rug from another room to the main room, and that made a world of difference! Ethan Allen furniture is made to last a lifetime. “Golden Rule is an absolute oasis. Every corner of the shop is filled with beautiful things for your eyes to feast upon, and it always smells magnificent. Not to mention the immaculate collection of art, candles, jewelry, and the best (and cutest) sock section in the twin cities! I recommend this shop to everyone that I know, from locals to visitors. “Amazing! This place had countless of trees with so many apples! I found many good ones, there wasn't even that much bad apples! This place isn't also too busy, so you can actually have some peace and quiet. The gift shop was super cool to, it had these wood carved snowmen, and many other options of wooden decoration! Although the items were expensive, I'm happy to support a local business! The owners were really nice, they explained the process of making all the wooden stuff. The apples are absolutely delicious, will be coming back again soon!”

“I went to Highcroft yesterday with my friend to smell some niche fragrances and they had a great variety of options. Molly was helping us and she was beyond amazing. I never seen someone with more knowledge of the history of fragrances than her. She was very welcoming and helpful. You can tell she was very passionate about fragrances and I can relate to that because I my self love fragrances. She took her time explaining every fragrance. Molly didn’t rush us and let us go through as much as we wanted. I will be going back to purchase Oud Dukhan and my friend will be buying initio narcotic delight. 10/10 experience”
