“I've had to make several stops at the Chanhassen branch lately and every person on the staff that I have interacted with has been patient, pleasant, and very helpful. They had a great attitude despite the store being very busy at the same time. Good customer service is rare these days but this branch hits it out of the park!”

She handles everything with a positive attitude and attention to detail that doesn’t go unnoticed. The kind of effort she puts in on the front lines is what really sets this place apart. I want to make sure she is acknowledge for her work that could go unnoticed at a higher level, because it's not seen on a spreadsheet or any data.
