“I scheduled a free tire rotation for my car after driving 3K miles over 3 years since buying a new set of Michelins at Younstedt's in Minnetonka. The front desk scheduler made it easy and was very personable the morning I showed up at 8:00AM. They discovered a driver's side rear tire pressure was low and suggested they investigate. they found a bead had developed a leak, removed the tire and scraped the bead, cleaned and resealed it. Thanks for offering free tire rotation because it affords the opportunity preventive maintenance and take any intervention necessary to repair any discovered problems. “I want to share my experience. I came here for an oil change, but since I had a new car, the system showed a different model and by mistake the wrong filter was installed. It was late in the evening and everything was done in a hurry. As a result, when I drove to another state, oil started leaking, which turned into a serious problem. It was cold outside, and every 20–25 minutes I had to stop and add more oil until we made it. At another shop they discovered the issue, it was just the wrong filter. They fixed it and the car worked fine again.
When I came back to Minnesota and explained the situation, this shop completely reimbursed me for all the oil I had to buy on the road. I was really impressed by their customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters most is how a company handles them.
Since then I have already done 3 or 4 more oil changes here and everything has been perfect. Special thanks to Ryan. He is someone who stands behind his work, admits mistakes and keeps improving the service. I truly trust this place and gladly give them 5 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers.”
