Horrible experience with this branch. Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks in the US from experience. My elderly mother is being charged $15/month just to have an account. Meanwhile, students are not. So much for loyalty. She's had an account since 1989. SHAME on Wells Fargo.

No parking ( enough spaces for about 12 cars) more employees than customers and still wait 20+ minutes while they socialize etc. and rude arrogant employees from the senior bankers on down and no public rest rooms which I don’t think is legal.

Terrible customer service. Called ahead to make sure they could cash bonds, only to be given the run around when I showed up.
