If you’re shopping for a suit at JCPenney, I highly recommend Rebecca. She helped me twice, first with finding the right size, then with my return. She’s attentive and even pointed me to the elevator when she saw my baby stroller.
Ask for Ron if you need help with shirts. He got me a perfect fit when I wasn’t sure on sizing.
Leland is the person you want for suit fittings. He’s detail-oriented, patient, and caught a color mismatch between the jacket and pants that I completely missed. He also knows the accessories well, he showed us reversible belts and helped pick out a dress for my daughter that matches my husband’s suit.
And Ken at checkout is great and also got us registered. He’s polite and takes care to package everything nicely.

“What a great surprise after an intense shopping experience. The store had great inventory, but was a bit chaotic with the member event. The highlight was the help we received from the store manager, Max. I met him at checkout as there were questions with an online order I needed to place. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but extremely patient (the line was 10 deep). He took the time helping me and getting our order placed with the correct discount and my interaction was one that reminded me that customer service is what makes a retail environment worth coming back to — retail needs more people like him.”
“There was a wide selection of clothing when I visited. There was a ton of clearance. The only problem I had was at the register when the sales clerk didn't want to the honor a sale that multiple sales person were advertising throughout the store. It took her to reluctantly radio her store manager for verification in order for her to give me the sale prices. That process was not only frustrating but also took time.”

“Wednesday, June 4th I went in with my best friend to see if I could return a defective roll on glitter or do an exchange. It was my fault because I didn’t have my receipt but two workers were so helpful! They were so kind to still take the item and to exchange it and made sure I got a new one that actually worked! I wish I had gotten their names because they were super helpful and so kind! That type of attitude makes me want to back there even more! So thank you to the two that had helped me :)!!!”

The woman that posted a review 3 weeks before me about the woman being very rude, she is not rude. She was being very specific on how they wanted to handle the dresses. They're very delicate and well made dresses and want to make sure that the zippers are unzipped and the ties are untied before you take them into the dressing room. They don't want you to damage them.
She was very sweet and very very nice. Just very specific about how they wanted to handle the dresses. The person that commented before seems like they are very sensitive and can't handle direct directions. And to the woman who took offense to being told that her daughter needed to go up a size, I was also told that I should go up a size and I'm super glad that she told me to do that, because the sizes run small. I would have wasted my time trying on a bunch of dresses that didn't fit me. Normally. I am a medium and in the store I was a large. I promise you, the woman was very lovely and very sweet. Believe me, I've been treated poorly at boutiques before especially bridal boutiques, this was not that.”
