“We had our front end repaired in 2022. In 2024 some of the paint on the front bumper was starting to peel. They looked at the car and they said "We'll take care of it". Picked up the car today and it looks like a new car. Great to deal with a repair shop that values both integrity and workmanship!

Try on your customers shoes: You aren't advising for your businesses' financials, Advise your customers as if you were in their position and writing that check . They pay you for THAT knowledge.

“I took my 2025 Kia Sorrento to Jeff Belzer because I had purchased it there. Someone backed into me when they were leaving a parking lot and didn’t leave me any information. I chose not to let my insurance company know. They had my car for 10 days and came in $500 under their estimate. I could have had a car to borrow, but we made it work without one. I can’t tell that the car had any damage at all and I’ve been telling everyone.”
“I brought my car in for brake and rotor maintenance about a week and a half ago. During that visit, I was informed that additional maintenance was needed, and I authorized the technician team to complete the work. However, about a week later, I began experiencing further issues with my brakes and rotors. I returned to have the technicians reassess the vehicle, at which point I was told that more maintenance was required. This was very frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to speak with Clint, the manager/owner. He listened attentively, validated my concerns, and worked with me to reach a fair compromise regarding the additional repairs. Clint’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to resolve the issue made a significant difference. “Great experience. No one loves having to get their car fixed but Apple Collision and Glass makes it an extremely smooth process. I was kept up to date on the whole process and got my car back sooner than expected. I was shocked when I got it back and it was fully detailed inside, that was an unexpected surprise! I called to leave a message after hours--and Travis called back immediately asking how he could help. We ended up bringing the jetski to him that night, and it was fixed the next morning. Amazingly fast service at a fair price! This was our first time working with Travis, but won't be the last. He's a good guy who does great work. Highly recommend.”

We vibed right away and he took good care of me through out the whole ride from one auto shop to a Honda dealership and got to know each other and had a great experience.
