“John was so wonderful and easy to work with! Had a tire that needed a patch, on a Saturday...I called him up, he said bring it right over. I dropped it off and I no sooner got home and he was texting me that my tire was ready! I have NEVER EVER had this kind of service on a weekend!!”
“We had our front end repaired in 2022. In 2024 some of the paint on the front bumper was starting to peel. They looked at the car and they said "We'll take care of it". Picked up the car today and it looks like a new car. Great to deal with a repair shop that values both integrity and workmanship!

Lead from the bottom, give them what they need: Don't only lead your people, but take on the most difficult and dirty tasks yourselves. Not only to set the finest example, but to leave your highly talented staff in a position to put their "Heart into their Art". I believe every Tech who has worked here likely feels similar. Keep some parts on hand to keep things rolling and reduce customer inconvenience and make things happen. Keep tooling and shop updated, supplied, and current to help customers and employees both . Things a shop owner doesn't "Have" to do.....,
Try on your customers shoes: You aren't advising for your businesses' financials, Advise your customers as if you were in their position and writing that check . They pay you for THAT knowledge.
How does this relate to you getting your car fixed here?? A strong foundation makes a steady house. Good ethics and procedures flow throughout.

“I took my 2025 Kia Sorrento to Jeff Belzer because I had purchased it there. Someone backed into me when they were leaving a parking lot and didn’t leave me any information. I chose not to let my insurance company know. They had my car for 10 days and came in $500 under their estimate. I could have had a car to borrow, but we made it work without one. I can’t tell that the car had any damage at all and I’ve been telling everyone.”
“I brought my car in for brake and rotor maintenance about a week and a half ago. During that visit, I was informed that additional maintenance was needed, and I authorized the technician team to complete the work. However, about a week later, I began experiencing further issues with my brakes and rotors. I returned to have the technicians reassess the vehicle, at which point I was told that more maintenance was required. This was very frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to speak with Clint, the manager/owner. He listened attentively, validated my concerns, and worked with me to reach a fair compromise regarding the additional repairs. Clint’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to resolve the issue made a significant difference. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation and would highly recommend working with him.”
“Piston Pete’s installed a new muffler on my truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The shop is spotless, which immediately built my trust on my first visit. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work.
The installation was completed exactly when they said it would be, and it’s obvious they put real care into providing quality service. They even went above and beyond by finding a muffler tip that fits perfectly with my truck’s body and looks fantastic.

“Great experience. No one loves having to get their car fixed but Apple Collision and Glass makes it an extremely smooth process. I was kept up to date on the whole process and got my car back sooner than expected. I was shocked when I got it back and it was fully detailed inside, that was an unexpected surprise! Steve was awesome to work with and like I told him, I hope I don’t need to come back but should I be in that situation again I’ll definitely be seeing them.”

“A few days before the 4th of July, our jetski was out of service with a ski rope wrapped around the drive shaft. I called to leave a message after hours--and Travis called back immediately asking how he could help. We ended up bringing the jetski to him that night, and it was fixed the next morning. Amazingly fast service at a fair price! This was our first time working with Travis, but won't be the last. He's a good guy who does great work. Highly recommend.”

“This place is one of the best in the Midwest. My mom’s van broke down in the middle of the highway and they came pretty quick. I met Devan, the coolest and most genuine person I’ve met. We vibed right away and he took good care of me through out the whole ride from one auto shop to a Honda dealership and got to know each other and had a great experience. Definitely will recommend Marek’s Towing to anyone and especially Evan the man! I barely knew him but felt like we known each other for awhile. Top notch service and all the above.
