I came in with an issue that ultimately did not get resolved however the representative here was absolutely amazing and trying to help me. Oliver was kind, courteous, patient and as helpful as possible and I appreciate him. This young man did absolutely everything that he could to help try to figure out what the problem was

The person (a latino woman) was bad. She kicked me out for no reason. She treated me like a dog. I didnt get the benefits even paying 67$ dollars for my plan. I even got out of boost mobile and went to xfinity. They are better.

My phone was stolen. It left me in a rage and displaced. Andrea the service agent never responded to my stress. She continued to be professional and kind. She actually calmed me and reassured me everything will be alright. I've been in customer service for over 30 years. Her customer service skills were too notch. There was also another time she assisted me. She gave the same top CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks for having her, my favorite site to go to.

The only employee that was there needs to be educated more on there products. Other than that it was ok.
