The staff is super helpful, the rates are better than you get at commercial banks, and their fee structure is relatively lenient, in case you, say, accidentally forget to transfer money from savings to checking for a big purchase. They're not always at the forefront of online services, but everything else about them makes it worth it to be a little patient.”
