“I am a first time SW customer, and was wanting to get a gallon of paint to do some minor touch ups around a condo I bought years ago, and I didn't want to go the route of painting the entire unit as I loved the original color. But since I didn't know the color or brand of paint used by the previous owners; I had heard good things online about SW's expertise in color matching. So I decided to take a chance by going in with a swatch of drywall that I cut out, and took in.
Evan was so helpful in helping me selecting the right paint (I also needed to cover up some minor water spots/damage on one single wall from an overflow from a neighbor above me the year prior), and the paint that he helped me select suited the bill. I was also SUPER impressed with how dead-on the color match was. I went in with expectations it would be somewhat close, but whatever wizardry you guys have in terms of color matching technology in the back, it blows me away. I will be returning in the future. Thanks!!!”

“I was very impressed with the staff and their knowledge on product/application and pricing and I got a, " No not a good idea", to confirm he knew what he was talking about. I tried getting a contractor discount and I was told everyone gets the same price and he had a complete list of qualified installers and even someone who prep the concrete. I will apply my own epoxy, but the concrete sanding/prep is tempting.”

“Bought some paint using a paint deck to choose the color. Bought 5 gallons. Got the paint home and it was not even close to what we wanted. Went back to the store and they have a no return policy. I respect that but felt like the paint color we chose vs the paint color we got was so far off that i did not want to eat the price of the very expensive paint. The manager Bryan worked with us for a solution that we both could live with. I really appreciate his willingness to help us out. We donated the 5 gallons of paint and was able to get the color we wanted. Lesson here is always ALWAYS spend the extra few dollars and get a sample of the paint you are thinking of using.
