“I am a first time SW customer, and was wanting to get a gallon of paint to do some minor touch ups around a condo I bought years ago, and I didn't want to go the route of painting the entire unit as I loved the original color. But since I didn't know the color or brand of paint used by the previous owners; I had heard good things online about SW's expertise in color matching. So I decided to take a chance by going in with a swatch of drywall that I cut out, and took in.
Evan was so helpful in helping me selecting the right paint (I also needed to cover up some minor water spots/damage on one single wall from an overflow from a neighbor above me the year prior), and the paint that he helped me select suited the bill. I was also SUPER impressed with how dead-on the color match was. I went in with expectations it would be somewhat close, but whatever wizardry you guys have in terms of color matching technology in the back, it blows me away. I will be returning in the future. “Carpeting.
We have used Abbott many times for paint. They also connected us to our all-time favorite painter who was just starting out in business.
This was our first time with carpeting. The selection was broad. They carried on extensive discussion with the carpet factory for a special installation issue. The price was reasonable.
Unlike two chains that we contacted, they stayed with us and kept us informed and advocated for a better (and cheaper) way to do an unusual edge binding. One company even told us to start over with another affiliate because after the negotiation was done, they realized that we were outside their service area.
On installation day, a subcontractor arrived. Like the painter, the two people were skilled, efficient, and took pride in their work. They cleaned up perfectly.”
“I can not say enough positive things about the workers at this location. Every time I pop in, they have always been super informative and helpful with which type of paint will be the most appropriate for my project.
Today I was there for almost an hour but I was able to stock up on about 8 gallons of exactly what I needed.

“Just left the store today and my interaction with Liz completely turned around my feelings about the store.
I had previously purchased paint here from an associate named Ann who could not be less helpful if she tried. She was rude, abrasive, and just downright mean. Not someone who belongs in customer service. Because of this, I have been visiting the store on Cliff Rd.
I recently found myself without some supplies and needed to make a quick trip as this is my closest store. To my delight, Liz was at the front counter eager and ready to assist me. This lead to one of the best interactions I've ever had at a Sherwin-Williams store, i'm so grateful to have run into her today and will definitely be visiting this location again soon.”

“I was very impressed with the staff and their knowledge on product/application and pricing and I got a, " No not a good idea", to confirm he knew what he was talking about. I tried getting a contractor discount and I was told everyone gets the same price and he had a complete list of qualified installers and even someone who prep the concrete. I will apply my own epoxy, but the concrete sanding/prep is tempting.”

“My go to paint store! I’m always greeted right away, and the staff are incredibly helpful. I’ve been in several times recently on my own as a new homeowner, and never once felt like any of my questions were dumb.
They helped me figure out exactly what kind of paint to use and how much I needed to color drench my living room. Samples are affordable, and the last few visits even had great discounts.
I was especially grateful when someone suggested adding 25% white to the Sherwin-Williams Moroccan Spice shade I loved but felt was slightly too dark for my 1920s home’s original woodwork. That recommendation was perfect! It kept the moody vibe I wanted without overpowering the character of the space.
I can’t sing this location’s praises enough. I’ll definitely be back, I still have six more rooms to paint!”
