“Five stars for Xenia (so?) only. There was another fellow there that I went to grab the photos from and he told me that he couldn’t ring me out at the photo counter for my pictures, fine except that the line at the cash register was 5 people deep and he wasn’t jumping in to help. He went to the register and started to ring me out and wasn’t able to apply my $5 in rewards? He seemed dressed as the MOD, but couldn’t figure out how to do that or tell me how to redeem them through the app. Xeng was very helpful and at least got some of my rewards to pull up and went all the way with his customer service. I hope to see him again.”
