“I absolutely LOVE the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location.
The staff acts quickly and works hard to get you your medication. I have been a customer at other Walgreens Pharmacies in the Twin Cities area and they do not compare to this location. Most pharmacy locations are very busy and understaffed. However, the staff at West St. Paul Walgreens provide excellent customer service and reliability despite being overwhelmed. I want to say THANK YOU to the staff and your efforts so not go unnoticed. Just please hire some additional staff. You all are rockin it and I truly appreciate you.”
“The pharmacy and store closed early tonight due to staffing shortages. I arrived 5 minutes after the pharmacy closed and flagged someone down. They were able to get me my script, as I was in a lot of pain and needed to begin taking my medicine as soon as possible. This was above and beyond and I'm so thankful!”
