“I absolutely LOVE the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location.
The staff acts quickly and works hard to get you your medication. I have been a customer at other Walgreens Pharmacies in the Twin Cities area and they do not compare to this location. Most pharmacy locations are very busy and understaffed. However, the staff at West St. Paul Walgreens provide excellent customer service and reliability despite being overwhelmed. I want to say THANK YOU to the staff and your efforts so not go unnoticed. Just please hire some additional staff. You all are rockin it and I truly appreciate you.”
“I went through the drive-through straight from the doctors office. My prescription wasn't ready, the checkout person at the window said they were having an extremely busy day with 200 orders to fill. But still, she would put my prescription on top and get to it as soon as I could. They had it filled within 10 minutes! I was extremely thankful! When I go in, they actually know my name! They are so friendly all the time, even when they're very busy. I prefer this location over many others!”
