“LaQuoia, the manager at this location is a real professional. She walked me through the entire process from showing me the unit to signing the rental agreement. She shows a lot of concern that you as a customer are satisfied and taken care of. Any concerns/questions you have are answered with a smile on her face. She is very personable and pleasant to talk with.
The facility is well lit and clean. I like being able to access the facility with my phone.”

“This location has a good thorough manager that can communicate. Which is the minority within Extra Space. Other locations treat you like dirt. Extra Space as a whole makes it hard to get traction on issues.”

“Stopped at the storage earlier today to grab smth and thought I locked my unit! Later on the day I get a call from Curtis telling me I didn’t lock it properly and there was access to my unit which he didn’t go in but it definitely wasn’t locked! Just came back to lock it properly with his helps thank you so much Curtis you’re awesome this is why I love renting here it’s safe if I’m not checking on my unit they are the whole staff are amazing when first came in February to rent David was super helpful and my husband and I don’t regret us renewing our contract thank you! Highly recommend”
“I couldn't be happier with College Muscle Movers. I used them to move from an apartment to another apartment a few miles away, and also their storage for a few days in between since there wasn't any overlap between my leases. Both crews were on time and finished faster than I expected, even with a third floor apartment with no elevator. I'll definitely use them again next time I move.”

They helped me move sites after loosing my job, but now I have an affordable option during the highest rates of the year. 10 mins here helped me fix something I've been stressed about for a couple months, but the easy attitude and willing to take care of every detail I needed just made my day even more. I went out of my way to see if it would be worth my time to stop in and figure this out, and for someone who never has a minute for themselves, this is exactly what I needed.”

They are one of my top choices largely because Sandy, the location manager, is absolutely fantastic. She is patient, efficient, friendly, and very accommodating. It is also crystal clear that she knows this business and facility extremely well and maintains an efficient, clean, and light hearted facility. “Well, I had an Emergency. Someone ran into the door, of my usual storage facility. I rented a truck from U-Haul, already. I had to come-in, at 7am, to get a Free First Month Unit. Thank You, as I had already purchased a unit two days previous. I got a Refund, from the other place, but I am far happier, at this Location.
Very clean, and they have bathrooms! This Storage Facility, really solved a big problem.”
“It is located on the side opposite the storage facility—one of several companies in a row, specifically the one on the left. The parking area is awkward for maneuvering and turning around due to the number of trucks present. They unloaded the cargo quickly, but spent a considerable amount of time verifying whether or not the shipment actually belonged to them based on the delivery address.”

The entire time was smooth from start to finish. The team truly took great care of us. Setup and onboarding were easier than we expected. We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them. Because of this ease of use, I didn't realize "how good we've had it" here until a recent frustrating experience at a different company's storage locker in Edina for my mother.
