“Completed rental agreement online. I visited the office for my initial visit to gain access and Dave was super helpful, informative, and friendly. Received a tour of the facility and put my lock on. I was there maybe a total of 5-10 minutes. Gighly recommend this US Storage location!”
“Absolutely superb customer service from Sandy! She was quick and efficient on handling my last minute appointment. I wish the location offered more than one cart to assist with hauling bulky and heavy items to and from car. The PIN is texted to the customer as soon as the unit is rented via online. There are two entry gates with multiple entrances. Decent amount of office and parking space for customers. Renting online limits on selecting the unit location from the vacant units. Would love to see in the future the freedom to select unit location.”

“Well, I had an Emergency. Someone ran into the door, of my usual storage facility. I rented a truck from U-Haul, already. I had to come-in, at 7am, to get a Free First Month Unit. Thank You, as I had already purchased a unit two days previous. I got a Refund, from the other place, but I am far happier, at this Location.

“I checked online to understand their options and then stopped in. The person at the front desk (Dave) showed me a few units. We discussed a bit what I was in need of -- storage of long pieces of trim while we renovate a home -- and he directed me to a unit on the top level that was at the east end of the building with taller ceilings where I could then store the trim vertically, which was also conveniently next to stairs that made it easy to bring up long pieces of trim. This allows me to use the unit much more efficiently. I reserved that unit that day and officially rented it out a few days later. It's now been a week and I've mostly filled the unit (including a chair and couple other items in addition to the trim), which means it is no longer in my way in our renovation. Everything has been really smooth, the two folks I've interacted with on staff were very friendly and helpful, the building is nicely conditioned (temperature and humidity), and the building is also very clean. Five Star Storage is an easy "yes I recommend" for anyone looking for storage in the area.”

“I wanted to provide feedback for my experience working with All American Self Storage, I reached out to them about wanting a larger unit ideally on the first floor, it turned out they rented the last one the day before. They did offer an option to rent 2 units that were next to each other on the 2nd floor and provided a discount because of a known issue with one of their freight elevators. That freight elevator has parts ordered but will be down for a period of time as the parts are no longer readily available. To make up for that they offered a discounted price and are applying that for the full term of our lease ( As long as we rent it) which is unheard of. Mike and Angie have been very accommodating, I stopped in and toured the facility, they have 24/7 staffing that live on site, CCTV cameras through out, building had originally been multiple buildings so they have a lot of units of various sizes, the entire facility is fully sprinkled, they had motion sensor LED lights throughout and the floors had a fresh coat of paint, They have a one way drive through that is able to accommodate a semi, they are open 7 days a week 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM. I am planning to secure the 2 storage units on my way home after work!

“I was 2 hours late... not my fault... they were waiting for me, they immediately gave me the door and unloaded me in 30 minutes... there is plenty of space to park around... thank you for doing everything so quickly”
“I arrived at 11:00 AM for a 1:00 PM appointment and was given a dock door right on time at 1:00 PM. The unloading process took about 1.5 hours, finishing at 2:30 PM.
However, the check-in window staff was quite unhelpful and there seems to be a significant lack of communication between the office and the dock. After the lumper informed me that the unload was complete and I could check out, the window clerk made me wait an additional 30 minutes, claiming the delivery wasn't finished yet.
On a positive note, they do offer overnight parking, which is a great plus for drivers. Better internal communication would greatly improve the experience here.”
“I have been storing here for the past 10 years and I am very happy with it, it is always clean and the office management is very helpful. It is a safe place to store your stuff as it is climate controlled and the security features they have are really nice. I like that the office is open Monday through Saturday..but you have access 7 days a week with your entry code.They have discounts for 6 and 12 month pre-pay which is really nice too.”
