Just poor connection and poor company service for phones

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received! Dave is the business specialist who handled our account when I arrived. He made a lot of promises about saving us money every month from what we were currently paying and upgrading our current equipment since we had been a long time customer. It all sounded great so we went ahead and signed up for the new equipment. Here we are 5 months later, with several calls, texts and emails to Dave and nothing he promised me in store was correct. Our bill has been $200 more each month for 5 months now. Every time I reach out to him he has an excuse and claims its fixed. Just received our new bill today and guess what, still $200 more and nothing has been changed. I finally had to called Verizon to get the issue fixed. If you are a business account DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD DAVE SAYS! It'll cost you a lot of time, frustration and money!

I have been with this company for over 15 years and they continue to leave me hanging with no service and cut my service. Then when I try to get a hold of anybody there is no person who I can actually speak with. Absolute trash company and I would advice to stay away from them period.

I am extremely disappointed in this Verizon and mad as hell that I switched to such a stupidity company. Not to mention team members at this store said I was eligible for a $300 e-gift card it’s been 2nonths since the switch . Come to find out it was denied. Wii the associate told me I was going to receive it and then I went up there weeks later and some girl with glass whom was caucasian said I should receive it and RECEIVED NOTHING. As, a person who had been in a customer experience manager position for 2 years and a NOW a store manager for 2years a very big pharmaceutical company. Rule number ONE - you never make empty promises to the customer . Unless, you are in a position of power to deliver. Not to mention my service was rushed and team members seem very unknowable about their services.

I’ve never had a good experience with this location. Either their stock of product is lacking or in a much older experience they (Verizon)were selling product that wasn’t optimized and didn’t work as described/advertised. I can purchase a car quicker.

Terrible. My in-laws went here to inquire about switching to Verizon services. English is not their first language through they have lived in the IS for 50 years. The employees made fun of them and mocked their accents. Humans like that really suck!

I recently got a new iPhone at this location, and I had an absolutely amazing experience! Huy was professional, very knowledgeable, and helpful but also personable and kind. Jason was great, as well. The whole team seems like they genuinely enjoy their jobs and are great at what they do, which makes the customer service top notch. I will definitely be coming back to this location and I would recommend the same to anyone!

I have been a Verizon customer since 2004. I have been to a lot of Verizon stores. This was hands down the best experience to date. Not only did the transaction go smoothly, I felt that the customer service representative had the utmost patience for me too (even though it was close to closing time). I felt all my (many) options were explained to me (probably over and over again), and everything was explained so that I could understand. I also had to come back about three weeks later, and I was impressed that I remembered my name. Thanks for going above and beyond.

I have been extremely satisfied as a customer of Verizon Wireless for over 25 years. The customer service, devices, and service plans have kept me loyal. On Thursday 1/18/24 I went into the West St. Paul Verizon Wireless store on Robert Street to buy a new screen protector. The wait time was 10 mins. and I was assisted by Jason, the store manager. He was great! Helpful, friendly, and efficient. Thanks Verizon!

I want to shout out Tom and store manager, Jason for helping me today. I made an appointment online to get my tempered glass on my new cell phone and to have them help me install the sim card. I was originally told by Verizon online that I wouldn't be charged for phone set up, but that was apparently wrong, so I stayed in the store and set it up myself. Anyways, Jason and Tom went out of their way to help me, and educate me on products and plans. I was the only customer in the store at the time, so there was ample help. This store is better than the Verizon stores in other cities, like Woodbury. Highly recommend a visit.
