I have been extremely satisfied as a customer of Verizon Wireless for over 25 years. The customer service, devices, and service plans have kept me loyal. On Thursday 1/18/24 I went into the West St. Paul Verizon Wireless store on Robert Street to buy a new screen protector. The wait time was 10 mins. and I was assisted by Jason, the store manager. He was great! Helpful, friendly, and efficient. Thanks Verizon!

I want to shout out Tom and store manager, Jason for helping me today. I made an appointment online to get my tempered glass on my new cell phone and to have them help me install the sim card. I was originally told by Verizon online that I wouldn't be charged for phone set up, but that was apparently wrong, so I stayed in the store and set it up myself. Anyways, Jason and Tom went out of their way to help me, and educate me on products and plans. I was the only customer in the store at the time, so there was ample help. This store is better than the Verizon stores in other cities, like Woodbury. Highly recommend a visit.

Were lucky we ran into Thomas here - he was helpful getting all of our accounts posted over from different carriers and the crazy number of places we needed to get several account numbers from. We're saving money here, and Thomas was especially courteous to my friend with special needs. Thanks for making it easy!

Dee was amazing with my parents, who needed someone very patient and kind to help them with their cell phone purchases. She went above and beyond, and her service and sense of humor was sincerely appreciated. All of this technology is confusing to many older people - go to Dee for help. :)

This is a corporate customer service issue and not reflective of this store, but maybe the store or someone can sort this out. Today around 9 AM I spoke with a Verizon customer service representative. Due to the newly released concerns over radiation and iPhone 12s, I asked if they could get me a free phone upgrade and waive all charges. After looking into it, a representative said congratulations I have approved you for a free upgrade to an iPhone 14, and I am submitting your online order now which I thankfully said I was happy and accepted this offer/contract. Suddenly I was transferred to a new customer service representative who said they would have to look into things and they couldn’t honor this offer and agreement that the previous customer service rep and I had agreed upon. For about 3 to 4 hours today I was transferred around and Verizon is still not honoring the promise and offer I accepted. Can someone please look into this?

Dee was the employee who assisted us. She's the only Verizon employee who went above and beyond to help us get a good deal with new phones. If she had not done all she did, we would have switched companies, already. THANKS DEE!

We had a gentleman named Tom help us get a new phone and update our plan. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I have to say I'm giving Tom an 11/10. He had a great attitude, was extremely professional and courteous, and clearly laid out and explained all our options in a way that we could easily understand. We wound up buying a few more things than we had initially planned, but Tom sold us on them. Major Kudos and many thanks to him.

I was blown away with the help and customer service that was offered by the West St. Paul's store manager, Morgan. I switched over to Verizon about 2 months ago and was promised beats headphones due to a promotion that was being ran at the time. I was told to contact customer service at their 800 number and after about a month and half of calling and waiting for calls back, I wasn't getting anywhere. I decided to go into the store and Morgan was beyond helpful as he offered to call customer service directly for me, even without me being on the phone, to resolve everything. Highly recommend asking for Morgan if you are at the West St. Paul or Eagan store!
