“Can't say enough nice things about this place. Customer service was great, price was good, the move was outstanding!We stacked things in the container, knowing FOR SURE they're going to shift, and flop all over, but it was 330am and we had to get all our stuff moved immediately and had no choice. Nothing shifted. Nothing moved. Everything was exactly the way we left it in the container. Unreal.It's pretty cool to watch the guy load and unload. He has a remote controlled pallet jack thing, which was interesting to watch. It's cool though, the container isn't getting put on and off at a 45 degree angle, so nothing's shifting.Yeah, all in all I really liked the company, and we'd totally use them again”

“Overall it was a good experience. Some advice. If you are renting a truck on the last days of a month and it's the the weekend, try to be there around an hour before your rental time, as there are long lines and they are slow moving. Also, rent your truck well in advance. There were some people in the line that successfully filled out a rental request one or two days before, but they did not have trucks available. In addition, be prepared that your reservation will be forfeited if you show up two hours later than when you said would be your arrival time.”
