“We found a kitten out in the snow in bad condition and we called around everywhere but Birch Lake Animal Hospital was the only place that good could us in that same day. We saw Dr.Emily Stenseng and she was incredible! She was very kind and personable not only to our kitten but also to my husband and I. All of her staff from front desk to the vet techs and assistants were all so kind and friendly, thorough and efficient. They really made a lasting impression on us and because of their kindness we will be bringing our kitten back! Thanks for everything!”
