Packages from NY and CA have been sent to Willmar where they are supposed to then be delivered to me in Alexandria. Instead, the packages are being sent from Willmar to Rosemount and to St Paul and to St Cloud and then back to Willmar. From Willmar they are going back to St Paul, St Cloud and Rosemount instead of being delivered to me in Alexandria. Currently, I have five packages being tracked back and forth among these cities. Ridiculous. Worse yet, FedEx management does not care that its contracted carriers are doing so poorly. I will no longer order from companies that do not allow me to choose UPS or USPS. I am done with ridiculous FedEx.

I can't believe FEDEX can remain in business with their lack of being able to deliver anything in their local area within a timely manner. My package has been at the local facility for 5 days now and now I'm told it maybe another 3 days. We are only 15 miles away. Absolute awful business practice!

FedEx from Wilmer was supposed to deliver one of my packages on December 6th. A few days later FedEx was supposed to deliver another package to me. It's now December 10th and both packages still have not arrived yet. I understand during Winter bad weather can happen, but other delivery services have delivered packages during those days without any problems. I'm getting frustrated with FedEx. Update: I just received my packages. The delivery driver was afraid to drive up the driveway because of the snow, they she carried the packages up to the house. I thought that was so nice! Thanks!

Driver warees should be Fired absolutely the WORST most incompetent individual out their. He has been within a mile of my house for 6 days now and refuses to drop of the package claiming weather. Do you literal hire redards? I am beyond pissed at this point usps for me going forward at least their drivers don't play games with the customers like its a sick joke.

My parcel has been on the truck, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and now again today Friday all being scanned weather delay....Wonder when I will receive my parcels?!😤

I shouldn't have to drive 1.5 hours to pick up my packages (3) because they can't deliver them to me, every other delivery company has been here. I paid for delivery on every package. Worst company I have ever delt with and their excuse is the weather. It was 55 degrees and sunny on the day they were suppose to be here!!!

would leave 0 stars if it was allowed. the driver keeps delivering to the wrong location. It's been almost 6 months since we started our project in Willmar. I finally got them to deliver to the correct address for about a month and then they just did it again. I believe there are laws against delivering packages to the wrong address deliberately, I'll have to check into that. If you send anything to Willmar MN, you should use literally any other service other than FedEx Ground. This is the only service I've had these issues with.

While I am home, fedex claimed to come two days in a row but didnt buzz me innmy apartment so i coold collect the package. I demand compensation for my time as well as the drivers job! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!

The worst experience I have ever had with a package and delivery company. I’ve spoken to at least ten representatives and they all give me a different answer. I have to pick up the package after numerous attempts to get them to deliver it to my address. I have to drive an hour to get my package. If I wanted to drive I would’ve gone to the cities to simply buy the thing I was getting shipped.

Fedex has had my package under 2 miles from my home for 3 days. Every single day it says out for delivery, then it says delayed for weather, delivery not attempted. Problem is there is no weather delay. Attached are not only screen shots of my tracking showing it's was out for delivery, but also a photo of the UPS driver delivering my other package during the actual snow on the original delivery date. I also called and was assure my package would be priority after this happenedthe secondtime, yet it is not here. This is absolutely terrible customer service considering I've seen your competition here every day while you hold my package for no reason. *** Update*** I called fedex again and was again assured that my package would be delivered Sunday only again for it to go on a truck and go back to the facility Saturday night and not move until today. Your service is terrible and I will be updating this post every day with the failure to deliver a package 1.7 miles from your facility for 5 days.
