In the past week the Willmar post office has left my package down the street on the ground all day when I noticed it had been delivered at 9pm in the dark. My package said it was left in the mailbox but it was left on the ground next to all the mailboxes in that area. Then I ordered another package and it was never delivered but said it was left in my mailbox - nothing. Third package they said they were unable to deliver when I was home all day but that same package has been delivered in the past to my doorstep. They say it is held at the post office, when that package was never attempted delivery to my home when I was home all day. They could have left it at the front door step. I tried calling the Willmar Post Office and no answer - what awful services. Amazon needs to find a different delivery service as the Willmar Post Office has terrible service and workers that lie about delivering packages is unacceptable!

Stop firing your employees due to funding!!!!! It’s literally the second time that my package is delayed due to your incompetence to do your job from taxpayers. I hope to god on god’s green earth that the Willmar, MN USPS goes out of business due to its lack of staff/service! We all deserve compensation for your lack of service y’all provide! If you need funding, ask the federal government or most likely ask the USPS government division since they are literally separate from the normal federal government (in a way). I hope that USPS in Willmar goes out of business and stops its services; the people in the City of Willmar and the surrounding areas in the Southwest region of Minnesota deserve better. The City of Granite Falls, MN and/or Marshall, MN is a great opportunity to have a better potential of not messing up on people’s package(s). Y’all need help if you think it’s normal to act/perform this way from taxpayers’ funding in Willmar, MN and/or anywhere! Y’all need to get help badly; seriously get help! If y’all need help ask for it. It’s better to ask for help than never and have had a chance to have help with the issues y’all are having! If you don’t ask you don’t know what missed opportunity you could have gotten if you did ask for it. The worst you could get is a NO, but it could be pertinently noted that you are having issues with the situation, and they could be aware of it and maybe monitor it. Other than that the USPS in Willmar, MN is getting a one star rating if I could I would give it negative 5 stars for the lack of professionalism!

I have been waiting for a package and it has been sitting in the crate im told in the willmar post office and not moving.... I was told it should be delivered today august 25th 2025 but im still seeing no package and the willmar post office DOES NOT answer the phones at all as ive called 5 times this morning and not gotten 1 answer not impressed considering my package is already 3 days late and i need it to finish what im doing with a freakin engine

They keep sending my packages away to other states when it should be coming to renville. Need better people that can read to work here it seems.whoever runs this circus needs to be fired!

Where packages go to die! Stuff sits here for days. It doesn’t take 4 days to get from Willmar to Atwater. Brutal. Add extra days if your package has to go through this establishment.
Is anyone going to look into this location? I now again have a package delayed for 5 days!! There’s clearly something weird going on at this location. Looking the the job reviews looks like someone needs to be removed from their duties

Packages are still taking days to get out of this location. It takes 3 days for a package to arrive in Atwater.

Horrible, I tried to call and let them know I didn't receive package and they don't even answer the phone. Been trying to call over a week now and still unable to locate my package. Very very frustrated

Below were my sentiments from 3 months ago. Nothing had changed. They are still holding packages for over a week. Some of them are arriving with the box horribly mangled. They’re clearly ripping open boxes to see what’s inside.
3 months ago review: A package has been stuck here for 10 days now. It should’ve arrived in 3 days total, but this odd delay at Willmar usps has put the total travel time now at 12 days. Holidays or not, that’s an awfully long time between Illinois and Minnesota (final destination is a nearby town….). No direct number to call.

If your scared of dogs you probably shouldn’t be a mailman, they refuse to bring our mail, still walk through our yard and have audacity to mace my dog while he was on his own property. Older lady with glasses in office is also EXTREMELY rude when going to pick up my mail and staff was extremely confrontational when going to discuss mace issue

Why are you so slow all the time. Getting mail past 5:30 is just stupid. Why don't yall switch up the routes to actually get mail to people at reasonable times some weeks.

I wanted to send a letter to the ssa office certified mail.
The clerk told me i had to put it in a special envelope with a window in it and would cost me $10.85.
I asked if i could get a return receipt electronically when delivered instead, she said no, it would cost me $10.85.
Then she charged me $.75 for a stamp on my business letter envelope.
I see online it says certified letter is $4.85 plus $2.62 for and electronic return receipt.
Why did she tell me $10.85??
