“Quality home cooking. Atmosphere is old school American. Country dining for those of us "Red, White, and Blue Neck" Americans still alive and kicking. Polite service like you would get from family, conversation that was down to earth from a staff that keeps it real. We will be returning whenever we commute by this location. We live 2 hours away. The price was more than reasonable. 3 of us ordered the following: #5: 2 eggs, Hash browns, 4 sausage links, 2 whole slices of toast, 3 slices of French toast and a coffee #4: 1 egg, Hash browns, 4 bacon slices , 2 whole slices of toast. 3 slices of French toast with a side of hash browns, large OJ. All of this for $23.87!!!!! I wish there was a place like this close to home.”

You can always pick up live bait for fishing or specialty items like, MN, Up North, Happy Camper clothing, souvenirs, and much more. I know you'll find something for everyone!”

“Mini Mart is great!! It was nice to stop in here and fill up my gas tank and get some cigarettes on my way to the cities. Very kind and helpful and friendly staff. I will stop here again whether I need cigarettes gas or not!! Thank you mini Mart I wish we had one in Superior Wisconsin........ But oh well we have Kwik trips..”

“Signs that read "Pizza Sale" lured me into the store after getting my gas. Guess what. No pizza. We even asked and were told that they were not making any pizza at the moment. Weird. Very clean store and restrooms.”

“We just ate here Sunday, November 5th, 2023. We stopped in on our way back from Split Rock to the Twin Cities. Every year we have a dilemma of where to eat and just happened to take the Willow River exit. We found this little gem of a restaurant in the back of the gas station out front. We had the patty melt with coffee. Our waitress was attentive and kind. The price was incredible! It was under $14 for 2 patty melts and 2 coffees. We will definitely stop here next year!”
