“One of the best apartments I have ever lived in.The building is nice, very well maintained, everything works like it's supposed to, and it's close to everywhere in a quiet neighborhood.Managment was good and responded to all questions and maintenance requests quickly, and was very helpful.Definitely recommended if you need a place to live in Winona.”

“I rent a business suite in the Kensington. The management is extremely helpful and always on top of any issues that have popped up. Snow removal is done promptly, bathrooms are clean, location is great. I have my own parking space so no tickets ? and it has been fun to get to know the community of people that live in the building. Highly recommend!”
