Lovely, well-maintained Senior Apartment building. Management is prompt and professional in responding to any maintenance issues and keeps the grounds in great working order. The residents are friendly, and there are several activities offered each month.

I moved into the Kensington Apartments in July, 2025. The owner is personable, keeps everything clean and orderly, responds to requests promptly, and takes great pride and care of the building and exterior. The building is welcoming and very well maintained by the owner.

I’ve been living here just over a year and couldn’t be happier. Everything is clean and in beautiful condition. There are plenty of activities and the other residents are wonderful. They have made me feel at home. The building staff and landlord are easy to work with and make you feel comfortable and safe.
