“I am a custom metal fabrication shop in Sequim Washington, Max Welding Llc. I have been working with a hossfeld bender for about 8 years. This machine is very versatile and I have made lots of parts with it. One thing about Hossfeld Mfg, is really great is the customer service. I had a technical question about how to bend angle iron inward. I didn't have to press one or two. I was quickly transferred to a technician, who was familiar with the die I was using. This is not the first time I have called for help. Even though the manual is great, sometimes I have had extra questions. Also, there is a great tutorial support. This machine is USA made and is like a vice, a staple piece of equiptment. Which I have seen in votech schools. Well worth the investment. Thanks again for providing a great tool with support since early 1900.”

I was at this store yesterday in afternoon time. First time at this store the staff was atendutive. Then needed to return a hour later for more parts for a job i was repairing close by. The guy working in the paint Isle was a bit moody and not attempting to help me and my teammate find basic items. So we figured it out ourselves and went to pay and leave. Very disappointing this employee dint feel need to help us but wont let you One unhappy employee ruin my joy in supporting this store.
Will return still next time into need.
