I've gone to Metric for everything from quick, affordable oil changes to check-engine light evaluation and engine repair. I have brought our Volkswagen Passat, VW Atlas, and a vintage BMW to Metric. The shop is clean and they explain work that need to be done clearly and professionally. Going to the dealership is great when your vehicle is covered under the warranty but for anything after that expires, go to Metric!”

“I purchased a used 1986 Honda CRX SI and it needed a lot of work. I found David and Elite Motorsports from a vintage Honda forum. David and his team worked over the course of months to get my CRX roadworthy. Head gasket was blown (fixed), all new valve train, converted the A/C system to accept new refrigerant, basically replaced the entire engine coolant system...I could go on. Not easy to do on a 39 year old car. Plus, David and his team fixed minor things at no cost (for example, they stitched a rip in the seat).

“Don't try calling on the phone, there's not enough people there to be able to answer it. And, in general, they're operating on a skeleton crew here, so everything takes hours.You gotta schedule any tire work by appointment, due to COVID-19. And it's pretty much booked a week out.Pit stop oil change, $20, they just change the oil and that's it. No appointment necessary. But it can take up to 4 hours. And, if you show up within 3 hours of closing time, you can expect to be turned away because they're booked for the rest of the day.Timing is everything here. Usually, you have to wait in line for 20+ minutes, just to talk to someone. They need more people working the front counter!”
