Their banking offerings are comprehensive, and their rates are in line with what I would expect from a local bank. I'm pleased at the improvements they've made to their mobile app over the last year or so. I plan on continuing my banking relationship with them for the foreseeable future.”

“The Woodbury branch has been really good to work with. The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a number of financial issues that they were able to resolve without any fanfare. When I first openind my accout with them I was a bit taken aback, as they do not look or act like a typical bank. At every visit they work on customer service along with taking care of my financial needs. I soncerely appreciate what they are doing. If you want a bank that wants to know you as well as handling your financial needs this is the place to go!”

“I can’t thank Chad enough for all his help. I was on vacation when I experienced a fraudulent withdrawal of tens of thousands of dollars withdrawn from my checking account. My family and I drove hours back to our friends in Woodbury, and I arrived at this location 30 minutes before closing.
Chad took this matter very seriously, and spent almost an hour with me, well past closing, to sort out a new account and help with closing out the compromised account. You don’t find people going above and beyond very often in the world like this, and I feel very lucky to have chosen this branch to visit while in a very stressful situation.”
“I don’t particularly care for Blaze Credit Union. This review is based on my interaction with a teller named Scarlette at this location. I had woken up to a slew of text alerts of fraudulent activity, all from the same website, and after a handful of purchases, Blaze finally recognized that it might be fraudulent activity to have purchased thousands of dollars of items from this single website. I was stressed and annoyed at having to chase down people to correct this but when I arrived, as soon as I spoke with Scarlette, I felt better. Having over $10.000 in fraudulent charges, a large negative balance and drained savings account to cover the negative balance is not a great feeling and after working with Scarlette, I left feeling at ease. People like Scarlette is what keeps me at Blaze.”

Although this is not an 'a typical' banking location or services location, it does not subtract from the level of service for those who are clients. “The first teller I went to was an asian girl who was very rude and abrupt and never called on me when it was my turn but instead called on an asian guy. That resulted in an additional wait for me.”
“I have been going to the BMO Woodbury branch for many years and have always received stellar service. I was in on Saturday to pull out some money and the teller who assisted me was kind, friendly and competent. She recommended I talk with Cheryl about getting a higher rate on my CD which I did. I have talked with Cheryl many times and she is always top class.I always have a great experience when I visit this branch and I appreciate their continuous efforts that help me maximize the ROI on my accounts. “This branch has some of the nicest people, that treat you with respect! I had a check issue that was causing me a headache and they helped me deposit it without any issues today! I had a terrible experience at a different branch while trying to understand why my check was returned (it was because my new employer didn’t sign it) someone accused me of trying to deposit a fake check. The person who helped me today (I believe his name was Roland) was understanding and even apologized to me for the previous experience I had, that had nothing to do with him! The manager of the branch is also very nice and welcoming! Thank you, Wells Fargo on Currell!”
