“Kevin at the Woodbury location is the reason I have only gone to Helzberg for the last five years. Almost exactly 5 years ago, my now husband and I went to look at engagement rings just to get ideas of what I would like. We planned an entire day at the Mall of America so we would have plenty of stores and options. Our first stop was Helzberg and Kevin was our sales associate. We were simply planning on looking that day and we ended up purchasing my engagement ring and never went to another store. Since then, we have bought our wedding bands and upgraded my center stone, plus bought multiple other rings and Kevin has always made sure I am taken care of and find a piece that’s perfect for me. Within the last year, I have also started working with Evan at the Woodbury location and have been so impressed with both of their dedication to customer service. Good jewelry is great, but relatively easy to find. The experience of buying and even the care and repair down the road these two have provided is why I’ve been so loyal to Helzberg!”

“In the past month we have used Shane Co in Woodbury twice and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.First I had my wedding ring resized there. I originally purchased my ring there so the service was free. Plus, they gave my wife and I free silicone rings to wear while ours were in the shop. Super nice staff, super easy process and we got the ring back in a week.Then just this week, one of our daughters put on a ring that was too small and her finger started to swell. Shane Co cut the ring off for free. The gentleman that helped us was so kind and reassuring to our daughter and made her feel comfortable. It was a great experience. So grateful to the staff there. “Carolyn The owner is absolutely amazing. She’s very knowledgeable. She explained every detail To us about how she arrived at the offer that she gave us. We will definitely be taking more items to her. You honestly can’t go wrong taking your Jewelry to Carolyn. She totally went out of her way for us. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi and And she could not confirm the check she was giving to us for our items instead of making us wait I gladly accepted her check, and she told me she would call me as soon as she was able to confirm it through the bank. All I’m going to say is she really went out of her way to take care of us and finishing the transaction that day I truly appreciated everything she did. It was such a great experience.”
