“I went to the urgent care for a minor issue. They advised the wait was 2.5 hours. I got in within 20 minutes. My appointment was around an hour or so. Nurses were very profession and quick, yet caring and gentle. When I went to see the PA-C after the lab, he was very gentle, patient and explained my condition well. I appreciate how he looked at me the whole time, asked if I had any questions and seemed to care. I highly recommend this urgent care.”

“Wow, why didn't I choose Target CVS sooner??!!! They were fast on my prescription order! I needed it ASAP due to an allergic reaction on my face. I'm so amazed and happy with my experience. No more slow Walgreens and unprofessional staff! CVS Target all the way from now on. Wait time was fast since it was earlier in the day and they even acknowledged that I was there and said someone will be with me shortly. And the staff was quick to jump and help me out. Such a different experience that I'm so appalled. I always go to Walgreens. Hence why I'm so surprised how quick CVS service was. CVS is now my to go prescription pick ups!”

“Most of the time there are really fast and helpful. However, every so often there is a day like yesterday (11/04/23)I went to pick up a prescription for an ear infection that was called in the day before and they didn't have it said they would have it in a couple days. (No problem, not their fault)After I left, I talked with a friend and they recommended I call and ask if the CVS pharmacy could check others in the area and so I did, going through the phone menu and being put on hold to wait until I can talk to a person. I remained on hold for over an hour and then gave up.Later I got a hold of a PA at the urgent care that prescribed the med and they agreed to change it to one that was more common and they said they contact me in an hour or so. After a couple hours I checked the CVS app and saw the med was still listed as the original, and attempted to call the pharmacy to ask if they had gotten the request to change it. I was on hold for 40 minutes. I then noticed an email from the provider that said they wee having a hard time getting a hold of a person at the pharmacy to make sure the next prescription would be something they had in stock.So, to recount I was on hold for a total over almost two hours without being able to reach a live person and a provider was also unable to get ahold of a live person.I understand sometimes things are super busy and the workers are slammed, but there should be some method of letting people know that you won't be able to talk on the phone instead of just leaving them on hold.”

“The staff is always friendly and helpful specially in the pharmacy. This location tends to be a little bit more busy so do plan ahead if dropping your prescriptions off at peak hours and don't get pist off at the staff if you expect to get your prescription filled At the snap of a finger, when you come in on a Friday afternoon at 5 o'clock. The staff in the pharmacy you are knowledgeable and helpful and will answer any question and help you determine the right course of pharmacology”

“Went to this CVS location in Woodbury (Eagle Creek Ln) for a covid vaccination and it was stellar. Very smooth sign up from website, checkin from phone, staff very friendly in pharmacy. Usually get my medication refills here too, and again, no line and great friendly staff. Front counter friendly staff as well. Manager always emails after I complete survey and asks if anything was problematic to reach out, which no other store seems to do, and which I appreciate! The store items are expensive in CVS unless on sale but overall a great experience!”

“Ryan is a 4-5 star pharmacist and manager at the woodbury walgreens on queens ave . When he is working EVERYTHING flows according to how a pharmacy should flow! He fills Rx's accurately, but also with speed and profiency. He understands how a pharmacy should run. Elise and Katie are also very good at this location! I do have to say that it is very discouraging that it seems like covid injections have taken over and disturbed the pharmacy's ability to keep up. “2/24/23. Walgreens in Woodbury Tennessee !!!!! I Went in to pick up some prescriptions and had 2 more filled and within 7- 10 minutes I was on my way out the door !!!!! I go here all the time and I’m happy with the pharmacy and store service !!!!! Awesome and friendly staff !!!!! I’ve read some of the comments and everybody has a off day just like you and I do !!!!! I’ve got over 20yrs in retail and another 20 or more in factory so ease up and remember they are only human just like you and me. I’m not making excuses for anyone but retail and restaurant and any other job that deal with the public is more stressful than any factory job where you only deal with a boss who can be a pain where retail you have to deal with a boss that can be a pain sometimes and the public that can be that way to !!!!!
