Sleep Number offers a unique sleep experience with adjustable beds that allow individuals and couples to customize their comfort through their Sleep Number setting. The store in Woodbury, MN, provides a range of products, including the innovative SleepIQ™ technology that tracks and optimizes sleep quality. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff, who are dedicated to helping them find the perfect bed. Many reviews highlight the courteous assistance provided by team members, such as Mary and Julio, who guide shoppers through various options and answer questions without pressure. However, some customers reported frustrations with the ordering process, including credit checks and order inaccuracies, which extended their visit longer than expected. While many love their Sleep Number beds, they noted that store locations can sometimes be challenging to access, particularly concerning parking. Overall, Sleep Number aims to enhance sleep quality with personalized products and supportive service, making it a popular choice for those looking to upgrade their sleep experience.
Colleen at the Woodbury location was very helpful and patient. It was a very pleasant buying experience! We’ve since received our new bed and love it! This is our 3rd Sleep Number bed. The only reason we purchased a new one was that we needed the adjustable platform.
