“Mattress shopping has been a confusing and difficult experience. Original mattress factory's transparency around construction and their clear difference between models was amazing. Honestly a huge breath of fresh air in comparison to the other stores we went to. The sales associates Micah and Glenn were fantastic as well. They spent the time to explain what the construction of the mattress was and didn't pressure us to buy in anyway. They just wanted to get us in the best mattress for us. They're also made locally!”

“This is probably one of my favorite Targets to go to on this side of town. It's one of the bigger stores, so they carry a lot of products that you might not find in other stores. However, one of the downsides is this place is almost always BUSY. with the addition of drive-up, the parking lot is a nut house, unless you go very early or very late in the day. There are always a ton of staff too, so that is a big plus if you need any assistance.”
“Super accommodating staff. I needed an item from the store ASAP and was unable to leave my vehicle to enter the store to retrieve it myself. They kindly accommodated me by having a pickup staff member meet me at my vehicle to get what she needed to run in and make the purchase for me and bring it out to my vehicle. “This is a lot busier of a Target then the other one in Woodbury. The items get a bit more picked over and can also be in the wrong place. You can still usually find what you're looking for. I'm not saying it's bad though. Staff is still helpful and nice. I would recommend going to the other Target in Woodbury.”

The manager, Adam, was super helpful and very knowledgeable and directed us to a great product! He also showed us some advanced features of the newer models of beds.”
