Well there’s been at least 3-4 people not helping customers but the wait is 9 people deep they said. Not sure that’s how business should work.

Very busy place. Person that I talked to was rude.

The wait time was intolerable. One hour later. The staff had a problem entering the data needed for a military discount, it took nearly 30 minutes, a process the telephone representative said would just take me 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and I got a new remote.

Be prepared to WAIT & WAIT & WAIT & WAIT some more, no matter your errand at this store. Ridiculous they don't have a quick return option.

Xfinity Streaming: A Comedy of Errors (and Not the Funny Kind)
Xfinity streaming promises a world of entertainment at your fingertips, but in reality, it delivers a masterclass in frustration. Here's why:
* The App from the Depths of Despair: Navigating the Xfinity Stream app is like wading through treacle. The interface is clunky, unintuitive, and about as user-friendly as a porcupine in a balloon factory. Finding what you want feels like an achievement worthy of a medal, not a basic function.
* Buffering Bonanza: Remember those spinning loading circles from the early days of the internet? Xfinity Stream has resurrected them with a vengeance. Prepare for endless buffering, even with a supposedly "high-speed" internet connection. It's like Xfinity is personally mocking you, one painfully slow frame at a time.
* The Channel Conundrum: Xfinity boasts a wide array of channels, but good luck finding them. The guide is a disorganized mess, and searching for a specific channel is an exercise in futility. It's easier to find a needle in a haystack while blindfolded.
* Customer Service Catastrophe: Need help? Prepare for an odyssey through the labyrinthine depths of Xfinity's customer service. You'll be put on hold, transferred endlessly, and ultimately left feeling more confused and frustrated than when you started. It's a masterclass in how to alienate customers.
In conclusion, Xfinity streaming is a monument to mediocrity. It's a buggy, frustrating, and overpriced mess that will leave you yearning for the simpler days of rabbit ears and broadcast TV.

Ridiculous, 12 noon appointment, it’s 12:20. Why have an appointment? No one has spoken to us since we walked in at 11:45. Every time I come here it’s an issue.

I went into the store to return my old router. The greeter was very polite and nice and told me I had to wait behind 9 people, probably about an hour, to return it. I asked if I could leave it with him until my turn, and he said no. He kindly suggested I drive across town and take it to UPS.
It is ridiculous that the store does not have an employee to accept a return, which takes about 10 seconds.
