“Owner is a wonderful person. He does socialize the puppies. They are very good quality Great Danes & are from a Euro line. Plus they do get very big, tall & blocky heads. He does have all types of colors. I bought one myself. Here is my big boy Kylo & his playmate Harley a Belgium Malinois, who we rescued.”

The staff was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. The selection and prices are better than Petsmart. I will definitely be going back with my dog to shop around.”

During my visit, I witnessed her handle a very difficult situation where she was being unfairly harassed by a customer. Instead of reacting negatively, Bri stayed calm, respectful, and composed the entire time. She showed incredible patience and maturity, ensuring the situation did not escalate while still maintaining a welcoming environment for everyone else in the store.

“PetSmart grooming in Oxford was overbooked and understaffed at the time of my visit yesterday. I'm leaving a review to offer corporate a suggestion to have a section of the store for dog bathing booths. Some people have bad backs and don't have resources to bathe their fur babies at home. Matt, the groomer, is friendly but was obviously under a lot of stress trying to service the customer's animals.”
