“The process was easy online and it was easy to talk with someone if I had any questions. The unit was easy to find and there were large shopping carts to help pack with boxes to take to the unit.”

“Your Extra Closet was a pleasure to deal with. We only had one situation that needed their intervention and they made the experience seamless and painless. Used a different storage facility in another college town and it was nothing but issues. The experience with YEC was so refreshing!!”

“After having difficulty early on, the owner jumped in and fixed my issues. He cleaned up the call center and you actually talk to someone in America now unlike the other large commercial storage unit groups. It's nice to have a business owner that cares about their business and isn't an out of state owner or large corporation sleeping at the wheel on autopilot.”

“Very accomodating, and easy to deal with management with decent rates. In my experience, facilities without round-the-clock management tend to be dirty, yet this one is well maintained. I'd highly recommend.”
“I was a little concerned at first because no one was on site all the time. But to my surprise it has never been a problem. They few times I have had a question or needed anything. A text or phone call is all was needed to get exactly what I needed. Always clean and secure. I love it here!”
“The whole experience was easy from start to finish. There were discounts that they made me aware of and helped me manage expectations for the unit. I would wholly recommend.”

“Gate code on contract didn’t work and lot is so tight it’s very difficult to get a truck and trailer to the unit. Driveway to the gate is very short and truck and trailer stick out in road while trying to get gate open.
But lot is clean, unit was very clean, customer service on weekend gave immediate new temp code that worked, customer service Monday morning texted new permanent code without me even calling about it, was able to get unit and sign contract and pay over the phone, monthly billing and no contract is good, clearly understood English speaking American customer service reps.”
“This is my second time to rent from here. Super easy to sign up online.
I always do lots of research before making decisions. I chose this storage company for the following reasons:
Very conveniently located
Covered drive-up to front door
Secure and well lit inside
Clean facility
Climate controlled
Prices are good
They provide carts for your use”
“Renting a storage unit was painless. I dealt with Heather who was professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to speak to over the phone. She presented different options according to ones needs and made the whole process effortless. Plus, if you're working out of Southwestern U. the location is just next door.”

“Your Extra closet and Melanie were so easy to work with. They were extremely accommodating. Since I was out of state they gave me peace of mind that all was taken care of. They made the process easy and pleasant.”
