“Gate code on contract didn’t work and lot is so tight it’s very difficult to get a truck and trailer to the unit. Driveway to the gate is very short and truck and trailer stick out in road while trying to get gate open.
But lot is clean, unit was very clean, customer service on weekend gave immediate new temp code that worked, customer service Monday morning texted new permanent code without me even calling about it, was able to get unit and sign contract and pay over the phone, monthly billing and no contract is good, clearly understood English speaking American customer service reps.”
