“I had been dealing with AT& T customer service since March to switch from Cspire. The transfer never happened. I decided to go to Amory to see if they could help me. I was greeted by Luke Ellis. He worked with me for over 2 hours with the help of Wyatt. They ran into a road block but told me to come back in 2 days. I came back tonight. Luke had all my information. He was still positive and helpful. Jr. was helpful as well. Everyone here was so polite and professional. Don't waste your time online... go where people really care and will help you until they are sure you're happy. When you get to Amory make sure to ask for Luke... he's the best!!”
