“Brought my truck in for an O2 sensor and Tyler Rybolt had me in and out in no time. Truly top-notch service! While I waited, I got to catch up with my college roommate Holden Brewer, and even in just a few minutes it was obvious how busy he stays during the day. These guys get things done! I can’t recommend Heafner Motors more for a hometown feel and quality service!”

“Excellent customer service. Big T is the man! Had what I wanted and delivered it with full explanation of vehicles functions. Store manager runs an impressive tight ship. Great dealership!”

“Great experience with the purchase of my new GMC truck. Couldn’t ask for a better salesman, Mr. Burchfield. Asked what I was looking for and then showed me what they had on the lot that fit what I wanted. Explained the differences in the vehicles and options. Drove the vehicles I liked and picked out one. We went to his office and went over the details of the purchase. He showed me several options and discussed them with me. Even suggested I could wait before I decided what I wanted to do. Liked that he took his time with me and did not rush this process. I am much pleased with my purchase and Mr. Burchfield.”
