“I was supposed to recieve a questionnaire after a phone call but I didn't so I'll leave a review here: They're very kind and quick to respond. I submitted a ticket because I had a package say delivered but I didn't recieve it. They contacted, telling me what happened (it was misdelievered to the wrong house with a similar address) and they apologized profusely. Which, I understand because it would be easy to misread numbers after looking at addresses all day. Especially by the time the postal worker reaches my house (usually midday, so that's already a lot of mail they've already delivered). The issue was resolved quickly and it was properly delivered the following day. They gave me a follow up call to make sure I received it before closing the ticket.”
