About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental, located within the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino, offers a convenient and friendly service for travelers. Customers consistently praise the staff for their helpfulness, particularly highlighting a representative named Janelle for her exceptional service. Many reviews note that the vehicle selection is adequate, with clean cars ready for rental. While some customers experienced brief wait times due to limited staff at the desk, the overall service quality is regarded as positive.
Some guests mentioned that the signage for the rental desk could be improved, as it can be difficult to locate without assistance. Additionally, one customer noted limited vehicle choices on a same-day rental but appreciated the pleasant and professional demeanor of the attendant.
Renting from this location is often described as more convenient than airport rentals, allowing for easy access and straightforward return procedures.
