Janelle at this location is awesome. She helped me modify my reservation and the car was great. I appreciate all of her help, she really runs the show. She does everything…washes the cars and helps with the check out and return. I really wish she had more help, it seems like a lot of work for one person. She took the time to review everything with me and even remembered me by name. That was a first for me and I have rented cars from Avis many times. I appreciate the great service and look forward to renting from this location in the future.

I am very disgruntled for the lack of communication/misinformation. I reserved a vehicle from 20 Sep to 4 Nov, and it was going to cost me $1100. I was excited because that was a good deal compared to the $1500+ every other company was charging.I ended up returning the vehicle after 12 days, so I was anticipating paying approximately $200 because of the $17.47 per day they said they were charging me. When I got there, I had to pay $684!!!! FOR 12 DAYS!!!!!!!! They said that because I returned it early, it is now $45 per day.I am so annoyed. I wouldn’t have returned it if I knew this. I lost money because of returning it early.Also, the place is confusing to find and not worth the hassle and rip off. I am very disgruntled.

Never prepay your reservations with AVIS. If they are overbooked (what they often do on purpose), they will throw you under the bus if there’s someone who agreed to pay a dollar more.

They leave out information as you purchase my account showed that I was billed for the rental before leaving. Never showed a hold on the money or that the money was sent back. Yet when I turn the vehicle in my account goes in the negative.I know for a fact the money paid never came back into my account so I was double billed for the rental.

Rented a car for one day (10a to 10a next day). Ended up dropping back off at 11pm same night instead of next day just as staff had explained to (park anywhere on 3rd floor of parking garage and put keys in drop box) however was somehow charged an extra day plus an extra hour. Over double what I was supposed to pay. Tried to call them several times to sort out billing issue and unable to get ahold of anyone

My husband and I rented a car to go to NC and back due to relocating here. On the way back 30 min away from Avis the tire has a blowout on I-10. After 3 hours on side of the highway and still no roadside assistance from them, a police officer came to the rescue with everything needed to put the spare on. The equipment didn’t work properly that came with the spare. We were on the road in less than 10 min. I was hysterical because it blew out and i almost was hit by two 18 wheelers and being on the side of that particular interstate was terrifying for me. The man who was working that day told me not to worry about getting the gas filled or anything. Following day we were charged 149 in gas. It costs 30 to fill it. The woman working at 11 am 12-20-21. Was extremely rude when i saw all the extra charges. I had been told the day prior we would get charged less or no charge at all. When I called she was rude, very aggressive, called me a liar and hung up on me and refused to answer after that one call. I’m OUTRAGED! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I hope they lose their contract at the Beau Rivage Casino. The casino has high standards and this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had! Now we gave to have the lovely expense of hiring a lawyer because i was injured and ripped off!!!

PSA... Car return: Located on first floor parking. Turn right immediately after entering parking lot (towards dumpster). Continue on until circling around to the left. Counter is to your left after entering glass doors.Avis, you could put up at least one sign.Excellent service, once you find them.
