It only took a minute or so and she was being treated. Which only took another few minutes. I think we were in and out in less than an hour. All of the staff was great. I will seek out their pricing for routine care.

Hunt and staff are caring and compassionate. My poor Taz was very very sick and Mrs. HUNT and staff babied my Taz to make him feel like he was home. I crushed my heel and she made sure Melody came and picked him up and took him to veterinarian for care. That is above and beyond the staff are great and very compassionate as well

The moment Gimly realized we were heading to her house, he would start squealing with excitement, and as soon as the car door opened, he’d run straight to her door and bark to be let in. He absolutely loved going to visit his friends there.
Cathy even baked him homemade treats, which he adored—no small feat for such a fussy eater! We always felt completely at ease leaving him with her, like we were dropping him off with family. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

This Waffle House had a manager in the Front of the House. He was dressed in a neatly ironed dress shirt and a yellow tie. He had an established procedure for his wait list and had a coffee station set up such that you could self serve a cup of coffee while you waited for a table. This manager waa a Pro.
The great service did not end there. We sat at the counter where his lead was definitely followed. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was the Waffle House Plus. My expectations were greatly exceeded . This should be a training location for the thousands of others that could benefit from this stores' customer centric focus on the guest experience .

Paws to Remember Pet Loss Services
8144 E Oaklawn Rd, BiloxiOur beloved baby girl Dixie passed away on Saturday evening 11/29/25 (on the Thanksgiving holiday weekend). Dr. Broome from Coast Veterniary Clinic offered to come to our home that night to pick her up (at no charge) and to transport her to Paws to Remember Pet Crematorium to have the service performed.
Paws to Remember (specifically Otto) was amazing. He completely understood our concerns and took great care in the process in such an empathetic
& caring way.
Our Dixie was personally delivered back to us at our home on Monday afternoon 12/1/25 with all of the items included in their 'Standard' cermation package. We did not expect to receive both pick up & delivery service, especially at no charge and also in such a quick time frame.
Our Dixie is now safely back home with us and we sincerely thank Dr. Broome, Paws to Remember, Otto & Justin for their caring, compassion and prompt return of our baby girl.
I am very pleased that we chose Paws to Remember and we are completely satisfied with all the services we received. They went above & beyond our expectations!
We will not hesitate to recommend Paws to Remember to anyone in need of pet death services.
They are definitely professionals and they take great care to ensure your baby is well taken care of during the most difficult time of losing a beloved pet & family member.
