She even came in on her day off to ensure the paperwork for the daughter's cat was correct for flying into HI which is really challenging. I even found a stray up near Buckys and called her because it was sick and she had me bring the dog in and handled everything to get it cared for and with a foster. Highly recommend. They are the best.

Bonus points because they greeted my dog by his name when we walked in. Dr. James is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions as I am a first time dog mom.
