“This place of business is definitely top of the line, all of the staff is very professional and make your pet and yourself a priority from the time you enter the facility. I did not list individual names of the staff because I did not get everyone’s name but I have dealt with this place for 2 weeks and have had dealers with every employee at this facility. I brought my dog in very sick with no idea what was the cause, they quickly sprung into action and determined my dog had swallowed a foreign object and it was lodged in my pet’s intestines.They quickly came up with a plan and did emergency surgery on my dog to remove the foreign object. The dr., the techs, the front desk personnel, all staff was very clear, informative and welcoming. There communication was outstanding and there work ethic is outstanding. All personnel never made me feel that they was in a rush when explaining test results or while informing me how my pet was currently doing. All staff took top of the line care of my pet and he loved every one of them. I popped in for frequent visits with my pet and each staff member welcomed me and my family into a private room and brought my pet up for visitation right a way. The facility is very clean and I actually observed the staff cleaning and scrubbing floors. If there was any changes with my pet someone was in contact with me to let me know and tell me what the options was. Shout out to the dr. for a successful surgery and shout out to the other doctors for a successful recovery plan, shout out to all staff for the positive atmosphere and being so helpful. I truly feel everyone did everything they could do for my pet and my family. Thank you to all staff at Gulf Coast Veterinary from Piper himself and his family.”

“Dr. Sandifar and her staff were incredibly nice! They have an in-house lab so I didn't have to wait days to get my baby's test results back and then get them over the phone. The staff checked on me while I waited for the test results to come back so that I wouldn't feel forgotten.The doctor took her time to explain everything to me. She answered every question and covered every possibility of what could be wrong, but also came up with a potential solution for my baby's problem. We're going to try it to see what happens, but whatever happens, I'm grateful for the treatment my kitty and I have received so far. This is definitely my new vet. ?”

Hunt and staff are caring and compassionate. My poor Taz was very very sick and Mrs. HUNT and staff babied my Taz to make him feel like he was home. I crushed my heel and she made sure Melody came and picked him up and took him to veterinarian for care. That is above and beyond the staff are great and very compassionate as well

“The Pass Rd Veterinary Hospital was fantastic! I was in a pinch to get my male Pitty in for he tore his nail from his front paw and was in pain. Our regular Vet couldn't take him right away therefore I scrambled to find a place, thankfully Pass Rd Veterinary Hospital helped us and got us in and out. I would highly recommend them.”

“The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, in addition to being sympathetic. I took my puppy in after she had eaten ibuprofen. It only took a minute or so and she was being treated. Which only took another few minutes. I think we were in and out in less than an hour. All of the staff was great. I will seek out their pricing for routine care.”
